Technology-enabled investment solution architecture

Capital Preservation First.
Intelligent Growth Second.

ZEOS is a technology-enabled institutional investment solution architecture powered by TJX Investment OS. It is designed to support institutions in structuring, monitoring and governing a capital-preservation objective alongside controlled participation in growth opportunities through two coordinated sleeves.

See how ZEOS connects capital preservation with growth opportunities

The long-term investment trade-off

Long-term investors often face a fundamental trade-off: assets focused on capital preservation may offer limited growth, while higher-return strategies can expose capital to greater loss. Emotion-driven decisions and limited access to sophisticated strategies can further weaken long-term discipline.

01

Preservation vs. Growth

Conservative assets may constrain growth;
growth-seeking strategies may increase loss risk.

02

Decision Discipline

Emotion and short-term reactions can undermine a consistent investment process.

03

Access and Complexity

Sophisticated strategies can be difficult to access, evaluate and govern.

ZEOS addresses this challenge through an architecture that separates the capital-preservation objective from controlled participation in growth opportunities, supported by technology, analytics and governance workflows.

What Is ZEOS?

Distinct roles. One coordinated architecture

ZEOS — the Zero-Coupon Enhanced Opportunity System — is a technology-enabled, configurable institutional investment solution architecture powered by TJX Investment OS.
It is not one fixed fund, product or investment strategy. It can be configured for different terms, currencies, eligible assets and institutional use cases.

OPPORTUNITY

Technology-enabled deployment - not a one-time commitment

The architecture supports implementations in which opportunity capital is not required to be fully invested at all times. Capital may remain unallocated until opportunities satisfy the criteria, mandate and risk limits established by the responsible institution or provider.
